Srijana Chaudhary is a nursing academic and health care researcher currently serving as an Assistant Lecture at Birgunj Nursing Campus, IOM, TU located in Birgunj.
In her role as an assistant lecturer, she is involved in teaching nursing students, guiding academic activities, and contributing to the professional development of future nurses. She is also engaged in campus- level responsibilities, including participation in administrative and student welfare committee. She is working as a member secretary of IQAC and coordinator of SAT.
Apart from teaching, she has contributed to the field of nursing through research and academic publications. She has conducted studies on important public health issues such as reproductive health rights and clinical complicatins related maternal care.
She has been a part of the editorial team of the campus journal, further highlighting her contribution to academic research and knowledge dissemination in nursing education.
