I am Rubi Shah, currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing at TU IOM Birgunj Nursing Campus. I am deeply committed to nursing education and take pride in contributing to the development of skilled and compassionate nursing professionals.
I completed my nursing education with a focus on medical-surgical nursing, which has provided me with a strong foundation in both theoretical knowledge and clinical practice. My professional journey has allowed me to gain valuable experience in patient care, clinical teaching, and academic mentoring.
In my role as a lecturer, I strive to create a supportive and interactive learning environment for my students. I emphasize evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and the development of practical skills necessary for delivering quality patient care. I believe in encouraging my students to build confidence, uphold ethical values, and achieve professional excellence in their nursing careers.
Alongside my teaching responsibilities, I am actively involved in QAA activities such as curriculum feedback, research management, performance appraisal, self-study report and academic activities such as clinical supervision and student guidance in clinical and research. I am also committed to continuous professional growth and make efforts to stay updated with the latest advancements in nursing and healthcare.
I remain dedicated to supporting the academic and professional growth of my students and contributing positively to TU IOM Birgunj Nursing Campus.
