I have been engaged in teaching-learning activities for 17 years, including 2 years at BPKIHS, Dharan, and 15 years at TU Institute of Medicine. I am currently working as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Adult Health Nursing in Birgunj Nursing Campus. I have around a decade of experience in academic coordination, along with approximately five years of service as a hostel warden at Biratnagar Nursing Campus. I am committed to delivering high-quality education through a balanced approach that combines traditional classroom lectures with hands-on clinical training. Furthermore, I aspire to continue advancing my career and knowledge through active engagement in academic research.
