I am Rajina Shakya, a nursing professional with a Master’s degree in Adult Nursing from Tribhuvan University, currently serving as a Lecturer at Birgunj Nursing Campus, Institute of Medicine. I believe that quality education thrives through effective guidance; therefore, I am committed to supporting students in achieving their career goals through quality education. I also serve as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Birgunj Nursing Campus, which has further strengthened my interest in research and my commitment to fostering a research-oriented environment within the campus. In addition, I hold the position of Campus Student Welfare Chief at Birgunj Nursing Campus, where I am dedicated to promoting student welfare, enhancing education, and supporting the overall health and well-being of students.

Master's in nursing (Adult Nursing)

Over five years of academic experience across reputed institutions, including Karnali Academy of Health Sciences, Nobel College, and Birgunj Nursing Campus. Possesses more than four years of experience as a Research Officer at the Nepal Health Research Council, with active involvement in approximately six research projects, including roles as project lead. Additionally, has around two years of clinical experience in emergency wards and operation theatre settings.
